Deer hunting lease - $1,200 (Xenia)

Looking for 2 experienced hunters to hunt with me on my property, in ((Wayne county , Southern IL. )), for this year and beyond, firearm, bow & arrow. It is small parcel of land , but it is very secluded and productive. The property is located about 4 hours drive from downtown Chicago.

In return, each hunter has to pay $1200 In cash , and up to 25 hours of work on improving the property a year, if needed: plant deer food plots, fix fences, fix the trailer, etc. . In addition, each hunter would have to provide up to $200 In material if needed.

- You have to provide proof of hunting insurance, you can get that on your own or by joining (NJSFSC.org), and sign a liability release form.

Have to stay within the state and the property owner rules and regulation .
