I am a 48yr old female seeking a mature and honest male or female to move into a rented trailer with me and my pets. Im finding it to be too big of a struggle to rent my own place and pay everything on my own. I am a smoker but usually outside in the screened in porch. The bedroom i have available is pretty small but is the better looking of the two. I need someone to split the rent, electric and every other months water/trash bill.
