Looking for commercial/light industrial rental space in Marion (Marion)

I am looking for 800-1000sqf of securable work space within about 20 minutes of Marion IL to work on some projects. This is for personal projects and metalworking so I would prefer an industrial workspace. I've seen lots of abandoned looking properties in the area, most of these sorts of places would work great. I could also make do with a longer term lease for bare land that I could put a couple containers and a hoop shop on, as long as power and water were available.
Currently I'm only in the area about once a month, so I'd like to schedule anything to look at around my trips, but the sooner I find something the sooner I can plan my move there. Thanks.
