Looking to start or front a death metal band (Southern IL)

I'm looking to either join an existing band needing a vocalist or looking for members for a new death metal band.
I play guitar/bass/ have some recording experience and quite a bit of live experience. I'm looking to do vocals and/ or bass/ guitar in an original band.
I have some demos and such I can send. Not looking for deathcore, my vox are somewhere between Deicide and Bolt Thrower. I'm in my late 30s, if that matters.
