Wilkinson telecaster half bridge. No idea what brand the pick guard/control plate etc. are.

Setup as an Esquire with no neck pickup and wired up as Tele Esquire with three way Arlo Cocked Wah mod. (Straight to output / Volume - no tone / standard volume + tone). Routed for P-90 at neck.

Spray painted black, plays and sounds great.
