Typical duties include:
• Basic electrical repairs
• Basic plumbing repairs
• Minor carpentry and general repairs
• Painting and drywall touch-ups
• Basic landscaping and exterior maintenance
• Miscellaneous property maintenance as needed
Requirements:
• Experience performing general maintenance and repairs
• Reliable transportation
• Dependable and able to respond when needed
• Ability to work weekends and some weekdays
• Own basic hand tools preferred
