THIS THING IS A BEAST! JOHN DEERE 3245C 5 DECK WIDE AREA MOWER. This mower has a 45 HP Yanmar diesel engine, 4WD, 5 - 21" independent hydraulic driven decks. Overall width of cut is 90 inches. Cutting height range is from 5/8 to 4 inches. it will mow at 9 MPH. This mower is designed to mow golf course roughs, but can be used for many different applications. This would be a great estate or large acreage mower. It is not as maneuverable as a ZTR but it is much more productive than a ZTR in open space. This mower also has the ability to mow very low so it would be great for a backyard sports field (baseball, softball, football, soccer, etc.). Each deck floats independently so it follows the contours of the ground without scalping or gouging. Each deck has a split front roller and a solid rear roller so it stripes just like you would expect from a golf course mower, it lays down the prettiest stripes you have ever seen. It is a great mower with 2200 hours, this is not a lot of hours for this machine, it will easily go problem free for another 3-4000 hours.
