This is a universal battery pack conditioner charger made by Radio Shack. Some of the functions it has includes:
• Temperature sensor protects battery from overheating during recharging.
• LED charging indicators
• Auto voltage sensor
• Automatically switches to charge mode when discharging is complete
• Can't overcharge -- auto-switches to "trickle charge"
• Keeps your rechargeable in top condition
• Charges and conditions 6, 7.2, 9.6, and 23-volt Ni-Cd, Ni-MH, and lead acid battery packs
• Polarity detection
• UL listed AC operation
