i am need a place to stay for this summer until my lease starts in July. i am a SIU sophomore and i am staying for the summer semester. I will need a place from mid May to mid July. if u need a sub-letter for around this time i would be glad to talk to you :)
these dates correlate with the ending of the Spring 2010 semester and the beginning of the Summer 2010 semester.

We are looking for a rental for the Spring semester: Jan - Jun 2010. Our current rental is full of mold and we have been sick since Sept. We only have one semester of school left and just need a CLEAN , HEALTHY rental!
About us:
*Graduating in May 2010 (I am a Senior and my boyfriend is a Grad student)
*We are quiet, mature, serious students who also work (NOT party types)
*Good credit, Income verification supplied upon request.
*2 dogs (Oliver = Pomeranian mix (15 lbs), Abbi= black lab) Both dogs are 4 years old, HOUSEBROKEN, well behaved (no chewing, digging, or other bad puppy behavior). We can also provide several references for each dog.
*We have renters insurance already secured.

About the rental we need:
* 2 bedrooms/1 bath (1 bedroom would work, provided there is storage and it is fairly large)
*$400 (or less) a month if NO utilities are included. We can pay up to $650 if all utilities are included (elec, water, trash, heat)
*Prefer House/Townhouse/Duplex (They have outside space for the dogs), however, an apartment would be OK if it had access to an outdoor space for the dogs
*CLEAN, CLEAN, CLEAN
*Lease length Jan-Jun 2010
*Within a 10-15 min drive to campus (country setting would be IDEAL!!!) :-)
